OneStation is committed to delivering your orders within one business day, ensuring a fast and hassle-free shopping experience.

How Delivery Works

OneStation does not rely on traditional courier services. Instead, your order is prepared and delivered by your own school's OneStation coordinator. This means:

• Ultra-fast delivery: Orders placed before the cut-off time (e.g., 10:00 AM) are delivered the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the next school day.
• Zero shipping fees: Delivery is free for all orders.
• Safe handoff: Your order is delivered directly to your classroom, locker, or the school's designated distribution point, as selected during checkout.

Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available exclusively to students of partner schools. If your school is not yet on OneStation, you can nominate it through our "Bring OneStation to My School" feature.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the school coordinator, you will receive a notification. You can also track your order status in real time through your OneStation dashboard.

What If My School Is Closed?

If your school is closed due to holidays, examinations, or special events, your order will be fulfilled on the next working school day.

Refund & Return Policy

Hassle-Free Returns for Students

At OneStation, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery through the OneStation app or by emailing contact@onestation.in. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Wrong Item Delivered

If the item delivered does not match your order, notify us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with your school to exchange the item or process a refund.

3. Change of Mind

We accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Simply return the item to your school's OneStation coordinator, and we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If this is not possible, a store credit will be issued to your OneStation wallet.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened writing instruments (pens, markers, highlighters)
• Used art supplies (paint, brushes, clay)
• Personalized or custom-printed items
