Eligibility

OneStation services are available to students enrolled at partner schools. Orders are verified against school enrollment records.

Ordering & Fulfillment

• Orders are placed through the OneStation website or app.
• Fulfillment is completed by your school's designated OneStation coordinator.
• Standard delivery time is within 1 business day of order confirmation.
• Delivery occurs at designated points within the school premises or as arranged by the school.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our platform.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders are honored at the price paid.

School Partnership

• Schools act as independent fulfillment partners, not agents or employees of OneStation.
• OneStation is not liable for delays caused by school closures, examinations, or events beyond the school's control.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on the OneStation platform are the property of OneStation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane.
